The 5 Best Items I Saw, Over Thanksgiving Weekend
I spent a lot of time perusing through different stores this weekend. I saw enough items to bring my bank account to $0.00 in a matter of seconds. But out of all those items, these are the 5 best:
1. Billy Reid “Dublin Cardigan” - Made from Donegal Wool, some of the best Irish wool in the world, this cardigan is a slight variation on the traditional cardigan. It has that classic cardigan look, but the hood gives it a great laid back feel.

2. Jack Spade “Wayne” Leather Duffle Bag - Anyone who knows me knows I’m a HUGE Jack Spade fan. The thing I love about this bag is the color. Everybody has and brown or black bag. This green bag has so much more personality.

3. Gant by Michael Bastian “Blackwatch Pullover” - This shirt is the perfect traditional button down shirt, except it’s not a full button down. Michael Bastian is the master at putting a slight spin on traditional items. This shirt is the perfect example.

4. Ben Sherman “Deerskin Officer’s Coat” - The camel colored wool coat is huge this year. This coat is a slight variation on it. I love this version because it’s a mixture of camel and brown, so it doesn’t look like every other camel coat out there. The fact that it’s a shawl collar, instead of a peak or knotch lapel, is icing on the cake.

5. JCrew “Camp Socks” - These socks are perfect for the season. They’re a strong sock that will keep you warm, and they have a hint of personality. They’re made at the last remaining sock mill in Vermont. The best part is they come in at under $20.
